Stoked Yoga Revelstoke – Therapeutic Yoga for all bodies.
We provide individually-tailored yoga movement therapy sessions to send pain packing; building strength, power & mobility.
Here’s what happens to your body during one of our personalised sessions:
*Neuromuscular pathways between the brain & the limbs are fortified.
*Movement patterns (leading to injury & pain) are reprogrammed.
*Compensatory mechanisms are unwound & muscles reactivated.
But if that sounds kind of like science double-talk, here’s all you really need to know:
You’ll become more flexible, fluid & graceful.
And can get back to doing life.
Stoked Yoga Therapy diminishes pain, feels amazing, and will make you better at what you do.
Better at skiing, boarding, climbing, jumping off high things. Better at living life, Stoked.
Current group yoga therapy classes in Revelstoke are:
This class incorporates slow therapeutic movements to unwind tension and build body awareness, then progresses to more active movement and poses that build on the stability and mobility created. This process focuses the mind on the unwinding of the body and it’s sensations leaving the participants feeling grounded and relaxed, yet strong and energised. This class is suitable for beginner through to experienced practitioners and will challenge all with a new opportunity for body awareness and interoception.

About Stoked Yoga Therapy
Stoked Yoga is a community dedicated to fluidity, authenticity, inspiration and grace.
Founded by Margot Wyllie, Stoked Yoga Therapy has grown from flowing skier and snowboarder specific yoga Revelstoke, BC, to an international endevour helping people reduce pain and tension, and feel more at home in their bodies, as well as all areas of their lives.
Yoga therapy is a personalised process of developing awareness of habits, patterns, places of tension and compensation, and a system through which to build strength, mobility and stability.
As this occurs in your body, it is reflected in all aspects of life. You begin to recognise and acknowledge where you are gripping, compensating and holding back, then start to build the inner support to create new action inspired from attention and intention, rather than patterns and habits.
Create the life of your dreams.
