Movement and exercise for safe pregnancy, postpartum and on-going pelvic floor challenges.
About true and safe inner core stability, breathing and how it relates to the pelvic floor.

This workshop will be part anatomy and mechanics, lots of movement, and time for questions and referrals.
You’ll receive a worksheet of exercises you can practice at home.

And there is help, and while these symptoms are common, there are things you can do about it, information is empowering, and understanding the mechanics of what is happening will aid you on your path to healing.
